Demineralized whey powder is obtained by drying fresh whey, deriving from the manufacture of cheeses as well as free from preservative. It is different from Sweet whey powder with ingredients such as: low ash, salt and moisture which it reduces caking of whey in storage, excellent functional characteristics and high nutritive value ideal ingredients for food and feed industry.

Storage and handling:

Usage: Addition from 2% to 10% for animals feed/ depending for food

Storage: Protect from moisture and excessive heat.

Product should be stored and shipped in a cool, dry environment with temperatures below 80⁰F (26⁰C) and relative humidity below 65%

Product shelf life:  18 months but sealed container can be stored at most 24 months with undergoing decomposition or degradation.
